Beautiful dress, runs small

Bought this for my daughter, it's a beautiful dress that is exactly as pictured. The color is gorgeous, the detail is beautiful. It does run small, size up. We ordered using the size chart & it was very snug on her so definitely go up at least 1 size. Due to timing we did not exchange but customer service was helpful when I initially considered exchanging. Shipping was quick, the cost was reasonable for a prom dress, and she loves her dress!
