All returns require a valid Return Authorization #(RA). A RA# must be requested and the package shipped within 10 days of receipt of the item.
Packages shipped outside of 10 days will be denied and/or refused.
Return/Replace Items
Returns and replacements require a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). A RA# must be requested and the package shipped within 10 days of receipt of the item. Packages outside 10 days will be denied and/or refused.
Things to Know
Something wrong with your order? Please let us help make it right by following these easy steps:
- A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be requested within 10 days of receipt of the item. Request an RA# above by clicking, "Request a Return".
- After filling out a return request, you will receive an email. Print the email with your return authorization number and place it in the box with the product you are returning.
- Special Occasion dresses are delicate and require extra caution when handling. Our items are carefully inspected before they are shipped to you. Please make sure your item(s) are returned in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, undamaged, salable, with original tags and packaging. Items returned with signs of obvious use may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.
- Please write the Order Number on the outside of the shipping box so we can see it. Don't forget to seal the box!
- Return the package to our warehouse no more than 10 days after receipt of the item. (Continental U.S. customer only)
- All international customers are responsible to pay any and all fees when shipping an item back. (Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc)
- Once your item has been received, passed inspection and processed, you'll be issued a store credit!

- Special Occasion dresses are delicate and require extra caution when handling. Our items are carefully inspected before they are shipped to you. If for any reason you receive an item that is less than perfect, you must let us know within 48 hours of receipt of the package. That way, we can make it right! - All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items returned without tags, appear to have been worn, washed, altered, stained, have an odor, have pet hair or appear to have been tampered with in any way, may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.

In Stock and Special Order Items: In stock and special order items may be returned for a store credit less applicable fees, unless otherwise noted. We do not issue refunds.

Final Sale: All items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Accessories: Jewelry and hand bags are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A Return Authorization must be requested and the package shipped within 10 days of receipt of the item. Packages outside 10 days will be denied and/or refused.
- If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customers are charged a handling fee per order. The handling fee is $8.95. A prepaid shipping label* is included in this fee and can be requested at time of return authorization request. You may also use your own label using any other trackable method.
