Disappointed with Poor Service and Product Quality

I placed an order on 12/19/24, totaling $515 with rush shipping, expecting prompt delivery. However, I received an email on 12/28/24 stating my package would arrive on 12/27/24—an impossible timeline. The dress finally arrived on 1/3/25, and I returned it the same day.

I was extremely disappointed, particularly with the quality of the dress. It had an overwhelming glue smell, and beads and sequins were falling off as I removed it from the bag. It appeared the item wasn’t inspected before shipping—or perhaps it was shipped directly from the designer. Either way, this was unacceptable.

Adding to the frustration, the website claimed the dress was in stock, but it wasn’t. It needed to be made, which I suspect is why they ask for your event date. This caused delays and unnecessary back-and-forth emails verifying the charge and providing bank details. During a phone call, I was informed the dress was unavailable, the designer was out for the holidays, and it wouldn’t be ready until after the New Year.

Despite paying for rush shipping, I lost that money along with the restocking/return fee. Now I must wait for their slow ground shipping process to determine if I’ll even get a refund. Unfortunately, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I won’t be ordering from this company again.
